Stop fretting about the things you can’t change

Use this one-page tool to work through what’s bothering you. The stuff you can’t control and the things you can do something about. Most people are surprised by how short the list of things they can’t influence is, once it’s on paper.

The Spanner or Planner takes ten minutes and a pen. You list what's draining you, then you list the things you could do that might genuinely move the needle. The length of that second column is the whole point. It's the fastest way I know to feel less stuck and more like the person who gets to decide what happens next.
